Client story – Jaspal 35, male (UK)

Jaspal came to me suffering from constipation, low energy, feeling tired after eating, foggy brain, constant yawning, needing daily naps.

He was unable to sweat, had poor skin tone, varicose veins and liver spots on the leg.

For the last two years he was on a high bodybuilding type diet, that included high protein and starch usually combined together.

He said at the peak of the diet he would be eating chicken and rice 5 times a day alongside protein shakes.

He wanted to get relief from these problems so I put him on the Bowel Cleansing program, Kidney filtration program alongside a personalized herbal protocol working on the GI tract, kindey and lymph system and endocrine glands.

Starting slowly

Jaspal was eager to jump on a grape fast right away, these are my favorite souls to work with because this type of mindset I’ve found delivers the fastest results in healing.

However I decided against that, why?

His kidneys were not filtering, he suffered from constipation and because he lived in the UK he was unable to skin efficiently through the skin.

When coming from a high acid diet, if one moves too quickly to all raw and the channels of elimination are not open, we can hydrate lymph but if it has no where to go it can cause many symptoms within the body such as cold and flu, burning sensations, pains in various sides of the body, diarrhea etc express themselves.

We decided it would be a good idea to fruit for breakfast and lunch, with a salad for dinner alongside some cooked veggies.

After 2 weeks we moved towards a grape fast

20 day grape fast

The benefits of doing a mono fruit fast such as this is digestion becomes simple. The body only needs to break down one food, this takes a lot less energy, makes absorption of minerals easier with excess energy being redirected to healing.

We decided on grapes because they were in season in the UK, you can replace grapes with any fruit that is in season where you live.

For example, if you can get grapes but the main season in your area is mango or oranges, I strongly suggest you go with oranges or mangoes over grapes.

The ripeness of the fruit is one of the most important things to regenerate the body.

Not long after this mangos were in season and Jaspal did 15 days on only mangoes.

During the fast Jaspal noticed a major improvement in bowel movements and went from going less than once a day to 3-5 times per day.

However kidney filtration was not there, being raw for well over a month we took the detox to the next level and introduced dry fasting.

Dry fasting for kidney filtration

Dry fasting is when you go without food or water.

We decided that 16-20 hours of dry fasting per day was adequate, and within 4 days he started to see filtration, although it was fairly light.

The urine has a slight cloudy tint to it, I’ve found the closer we can get it to yellow or red the more filtration we see.

When we open the kidneys with dry fasting, we want keep on pushing because if we pull back filtration may stop.

We carried this on for another 30 days until the kidneys finally opened up and he started getting out good sediment as seen below:

At this point dry fasting was no longer needed and Jaspal saw kidney filtration on a daily basis.

3 months in

Keeping on a mostly all raw diet with the odd cooked meal here and there for special events and holidays, communicating with Jaspal it was clear his colon was cleaning up and he was ready for the next step in the Bowel Cleasning program.

He agreed to undergo a series of 2 colonics and then we and did a total of 3 psyllium husk protocols over the next 3 months.

Below are photos taken by Jaspal of what came during the psyllium husk protocols

This all come out over a total period of 10 days over 3 psyllium husk protocols done every 30-45 days.

The power of letting go

During the 6 months we worked together to regenerate his body, Jaspal was always holding tension within himself.

Tension can come from work, financial stress, relationship issues, trauma or toxicity within the body, past trauma etc.

No matter what he achieved during the detox , there was a feeling that had he had not done enough.

When eating something cooked at a family event or going ‘off-plan’ from detox he would communicate with me how he felt bad and he would hold it for days.

During one of our chats I conveyed to him all the good work he has done since we started and if he is even aware of how much he has gotten out of his body.

That a single cooked meal, a cookie, or a slice of cake is not going through his progress backwards given how much hard work he has already put in and to find balance.

The next day at our morning check-in he told me how that resonated with him and he feels much lighter and freer.

Since that moment the way he commuted felt a lot more relaxed, a few days later he passed an 18 inch tape worm.

He immediately sent me the photo and told me that mentally he feels like a new person, and the letting go of ideas and thoughts that he would hold for hours, days, weeks and months were a big part of it.

Jaspal is now on the next step of rebuilding his body.

He went from 82kg to 52kg.

Together we are working on a digestion and building program, and results will be posted as we progress.
